J.P. Skinner, Evangelist

J.P. Skinner has been in the ministry for 56 years. Forty-two of those years has been in the pastorate, which includes Rock Creek (his first church), South Texarkana for 9 1/2 years, and University for 12 1/2 years. He has also pastored in Indiana and other areas. He retired from pastorate in 1988 and has since supplied and done interim work in several churches. He has also preached revival meetings.

J.H. Higgs has been in the music ministry for 47 years. He was music director at South Texarkana during the pastorate of Bro. Skinner. He is presently music director at Echo Hills Baptist Church on FM 991.
